Injected datasources do not reliably stick around from request to request

Suspect that this is an issue with Lucee and this.datasources[ "mydatasource" ] = {...} approach. Look to using admin tag or somesuch to inject the datasource details while we wait for a permanent fix. (don't get any issues when configuring the datasource in the admin).
